Product Description
This machine is used in the rubber industry and plastics industry raw material ratio experiments.It has the characteristics of light weight,small volume,simple structure,easy operation,low power consumption,easy use and maintenance.
Main Structure
The machine is mainly composed of transmission device, working host part, distance adjustment device between the rollers, emergency brake, etc. The electric motor is directly connected to the reducer, and the small sprocket on the output shaft of the reducer drives the big sprocket on the back roller neck, and then the speed gear on the front roller is driven by the speed gear on the other end of the back roller to make the front and back rollers rotate in opposite directions.
In order to ensure the safety of operation, the machine is equipped with an emergency pulling bar and a reverse brake, which is safe and reliable.
