Safe and reliableThe torque limiter calculation system is established based on the lifting model. Through the on-line no-load calibration, the rated lifting accuracy is ±5%, providing the all-round protection for the lifting operation. When the overload operation is performed, the system automatically provides the alarm to safeguard the operation.Hydraulic system is configured with the hydraulically balanced valve, overflow valve and two-way hydraulic lock etc., to ensure stable and reliable operation.Main and auxiliary winches are equipped with three-wrap rope protector. Boom and jib ends are equipped with height limiters respectively to prevent the overfall and overwind of wire rope.Length, angle and pressure sensors are configured to display the real-time operating status of crane, and automatically cut off the dangerous action and sound the buzzer.
