Core Shooting Machine Introduction

1. DL-300 Sand core shooter is a manual or automatic equipment to make sand core by heating.

2. It is applicable to sand core with a qualitative properties less than 3.2kg.

3. Its working principle is to shoot the liquid or solid resin, sand core mixture of the firming agent into a heated core-box. After being rapidly hardened to a certain thickness (5 to10mm), take out the sand core which becomes high quality one with a smooth surface and precise dimension.

4. The produced sand core is widely used to industries like automobile valve, hardware sanitary fittings, water tap, cast iron, cast copper and cast aluminium, etc..

A: We can supply the sample testing which client want to produce if we have ready machine in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample shipping cost.
