Basic Information
SM-300 rig is crawler mounted with top hydraulic drive rig,it is the new style rig,designed and produced by our company.The rig is mainly used for diamond bit drilling and carbide bit drilling of solid bed.It also can be use in underpinning and pile drilling,geotechnical surveys drilling and mineral exploration drilling etc.
Main Characteristics And Applications:
1)Top hydraulic head driver is droved by two high speed hydraulic motor.It can supply the great torque and the range of the rotation speeds.
2)Feeding and the lifting system adopt the hydraulic motor driving and chain transmission.It has the long feeding distance and giveing the convenient for the drilling.
3)Hydraulic winch for lifting has the better lifting stability and good braking ability.
4)Electric controlling system has center control and three emergency stop buttons.
5)The rig hydraulic system adopt the variable pump,electric controlling proportion and multi-circuit valves.
6)Steel crawlers drive by the hydraulic motor,so the rig has a wide maneuverability.

12 months from shipment.Warranty covers main parts and components.The warranty does not cover consumable and wearing parts as: oils,fuels,gaskets,lamps,ropes,fuses and drilling tools.
