Water tank's thermal insulation:
The water tank can equipped with the thermal insulation coat to deal with temperature extreme changes.
The insulation material is polyurethane foam. (The insulating material can be designated according to customer's requirements--rock wool, polystyrene, polypropylene vinyl, PEF).
Tank capacity: 1-1000m3. SMC sectional tanks can be assembled to various capacities from 1000 liters to 1 million liters by selecting the desired length and width from 1m to 20m, and height from 1m to 4m.

Fiberglass water tank brief
FRP water tank is a new product used internationally, assembled using FRP board possessing the advantages of non-pollution, hygienic, light weight, no leakage, no deformation, corrosion resistance, long service life and simple maintenance. High water quality is assured for the use of food grade resin. Our FRP water tank is recommended by China construction material ministry.
The SMC FRP insulated water tank is make up of SMC molded signal board, sealing material, metallic structure, land outside insulation layer. we can according to customers requirements assemble 1-1000m3 water tank.
SMC(sheet molding compound) board is made through high temperature, high pressure, mechanical press. The machinery mold technique increases the strength against punching and shocking, improves the compressive strength and the service life. The board center is recessed with arc to improve the loading capacity of the tank. The four corners don't have the 45 and 90 flanges, no need of corner's connectors, become more flexible.

Bolts and nuts, inlet and outlet flanges, overflow flange, drainage flange, air vent flange, angles, Special sealing material to ensure no leakage.

Thermal insulation layer (Optional):

Installation method
1. During installation leave the installation access between the tank body and the wall of more than 800mm, for the tank top, the bottom --more than 500mm;
2, Before construction make concrete strip foundation;
3, After assembly close outlet pipe and vent pipes, open water inlet, the tank is qualified when the tank is filled with water and after 24 hours there is no leakage of water;
4, At the construction site is provided construction power.

Installation note:
Tank foundation can be concrete strip beam, or I beam. At diagonal corners of the tank top are equipped with air filtration devices. Inside the water tank are ribs. Each connection flanges are standard 1.0MPa flanges .
Cautions
1. please do not store water higher than 70°c or other liquid (chemicals, oil and so on).
2. keep away from fire.
3. prevent pollutants and plunges from outside.
4. use soft apparatus to clean. as to the new water tank, clean twice before use.
