China SSAW ERW Edge Milling Machine

1750 x 16mm and 2000 x 25.4mm type Edge Milling Machines are new equipment recently designed and developed by our company. They were designed based on a successful improvement of the cutter head transmission, row shear and lubrication, etc on previously imported equipment. The products have been put into operation on the spiral welding pipe production line of Shashi Petroleum Steel Pipe Factory. Currently we are designing a high speed edge milling machine for 24" ERW unit.
The edge milling machine in the above figure adopts the original motor of the user.
The edge milling machine mills and bevels the edge of the steel plate in a dry and continuous way.
To delivery of the strip edge,edge milling and processing groove.This equipment consists of base,Sliding base,Pover Unit ,Waste Collector,Support Roller .ect.
This machine are very important in the production line of steel pipe,The quality of welded steel pipe is directly related to the quality of steel plate after processing.
The milling machine adopts the front swing angle of the rear axle, and the front oil cylinder is floating to press the steel plate. The surface quality of the steel plate is very good after milling. It is also more convenient and practical to adjust the groove. The quality of the product has high reliability.
