Product advantage
1. This equipment consists of heater, evaporator, condenser, liquid storage tank, defoamer, circulation pipe and other parts.
2. The heater is a tubular double-layer structure with a heat-insulating outer casing and a flanged upper cover for easy opening and cleaning. The user should install a pressure gauge and a safety valve on the steam inlet pipe to ensure steam safety. The evaporator also has an insulated casing and is equipped with a sight glass and a sight light for easy observation of the liquid working conditions.
3. In order to improve the vapor-liquid separation effect and reduce the loss of foam entrainment, a variety of methods are used. The vapor-liquid mixture enters the evaporator from the heater along the tangential line to make a vapor-liquid separation by centrifugal force and gravity sedimentation, and after evaporating the separator, the demister is used again to remove the foam entrained in the gas.
