Introduction:
RF Admittance Level Switch develops from the technology of capacitor level measurement. It is a kind of level control technology that features hanging resistant, more reliable, more accurate and more wider application. The admittance in RF admittance means reciprocal of resistance from electricity perspective. It consists of resistance, capacitance and inductance, while RF refers to emitting high frequency of radio. Therefore, RF admittance level sensor technology accomplishes the level measurement by using high frequency of radio to measure the measured medium admittance. The most important difference between RF admittance technology and capacitance technology is the measurement's diversity as well as three-electrode technology. The measurement's diversity that is measured by RF admittance not only includes capacitance measurement but also resistance and inductance values measurement, which ensures an accurate measurement. Three-electrode technology includes electronic unit and sensor unit. The shield electrode is added between the measuring electrode and ground pole to prevent the measuring electrode from being influenced by the hanging material.

Users should select suitable switch according to the working temp., pressure,gravity,acid and alkali of the tested liquid.Temperature: PVC maximum temperature is 80°C, PP maximum temperature is 80°C, PVDF maximum temperature is 150°C, SUS304/316L maximum temperature is 200°C.Pressure: Plastic float maximum pressure resistance 5kg/cm2, SUS304/316L maximum pressure resistance 40kg/cm2.Viscosity: For viscosity liquid, it is better to choose float with big diameter and smallGravity to overcome the surface tension of liquid.Acid and alkali liquid: Please choose PP or PVDF, if temp. is higher than 80°C, PVDF ONLYAlcohol and oil etc. liquid:It is suggested to use stainless SUS.Please select food grade SUS316L in food field.Gravity:Float's gravity S.G. should be less than tested liquid.
