Composed of hydro cyclone, dehydration screen, cleaning tank, return box, slurry pump &electric motor.Working principle:
Through rubber pipes sand and water mixture is extracted from cleaning tank into slurry pump. The fine sand is collected by the centrifugal force of the cyclone, then fed to the polyurathane screen from the apex spray. The 0.16-3mm fine sand and water are efficiently separated through the vibration screen. The waste water will flow back to the return box, through weld chute or pipes flowing to asettling pond.Features:

1. Can you tell us your Quality control?
A: All the equipment offered by LZZG are produced by China national standard drawings, nonstandard equipment will be produced by the drawings confirmed by clients. LZZG Machinery strictly follows ISO 9001: 2008 Quality management system. Most equipment will be test for at least 8hours in the factory before delivery. There is record in computer for each equipment, spares can be easily confirmed when it is necessary.
2. May Iknow the way of payment in your company?
A: LZZG offers various ways of payment, T/T, against copy of B/L, L/C, D/A, D/P, West union, etc. All can be negotiated.
3. How about your delivery time?
A: Normal delivery time within 7-10 working days, complete production line or larger equipment may take longer. Exact delivery shall be confirmed when place the order.
4. I' dlike to know the trade terms.
A: Typically EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DAF follows International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms 2010(INCOTERMS 2010).
5. Please talk about the Shipping lines.
A: Priority rule based on clients' request, and freight cost, service, shipping date, date of arrival shall be considered.
6. How is your installation?
A: LZZGStone Processing Machinery has several experienced technicians with passports ready to go for installation, when installation service is needed, the client should pay for technicians' round way air tickets, salary(shall be confirmed before leaving), food and lodging, most importantly to guarantee the technicians' safety.
