Structure:
SYS Saline Injector is composed of frame, saline pump, pressure surge tank, step-by-step system, saline injecting system and saline circular double filtration system. These parts all made from SUS304 stainless steel which meets the international healthy demands.

Control:
Control system of the machine includes a control panel with function keys.

Application:
SYS Saline Injector mainly used to inject for large size meat, whole chicken and whole fish. The machine is commonly used in manufacturing western style ham, roast meat, chicken meat and fresh food.

Feature:
Each needle could be dismantled and cleaned separately. SYS Saline Injector could process meat with bones, needles will upspring automatically when touch bones. Needles' upspring is controlled by pressure spring system which featured by high endurance, no noise. Step distance and speed is adjustable.
