TF-400-1 scrap copper wire recycling machine and tools manufacturers
TF series copper wire recycling machine is used for recycling waste household communication cables, car cables,motor cables and other industrial cables. The machine mainly includes crushing and separating,and it also has high efficiency dust collecting system to get clearly copper pellet and plastic pellet.
TF-400-1(capacity:80-100kg/h) is suitable for small size factory or customers who newly start wire recycling. It has compact structure and takes small space, easy to move and operate. only ONE operator is required to start and handle the whole system.
1.Crushing System: Crushing is the first step of whole recycling process of the granulator machine.There is 14pieces of moving blades inside the crusher, and it can cut small pieces of scrap copper wires to small pellet with size of 5-8mm(depends on raw material size).
2.Screen:The screen is inside vibrating separator, which help to separate copper pellet and other mixed materials. There are different size of the holes on it, customer can choose proper size according to size of raw material.
3.Blades: There are 12pieces moving blades inside.
4.Output copper pellet: Copper pellet out of vibrator will enter second small vibrator for second separating. With our granulator machine, customer can get almost 100%purity copper pellet.
5.Output plastic pellet: Plastic pellet will also get second separating with small vibrator to get high purity.
6.Small vibrator: There are two small vibrators matched with the machine(for copper and plastic) for second separating.

Applicable wires:Waste communication copper cables, motor cable, car cable, industrial cable,household cable, enamelled cable.Applicable wire diameter:0.3-20mm the diameter is for each single strand. Main spare parts of copper wire recycling machine is screen and moving blades.Normally we supply extra one set sapre parts includes 1 piece of screen and 12 pieces of blades for JLF-400 copper wire granulator.
We also recommend proper related machines to customer according to the raw material to get best recycling effect.
Pre-treat Machines:
1. Cable stripper: if customer deal with large size copper wires with multi-strand,it is better to separate its cores and then put them into granulator machine.
2. Double shaft crusher: If the raw material is with large lenth, it will be helpful to cut them to smaller pieces before granulating.
3. Blade sharping machine: After long time operating, blades on the granulator machine need maintiance to get good sharpness.
4. Megnatic conveyor: If there is a small part iron mixing inside the copper wire, we can add a magnatic conveyors to take out of the iron mixing of the copper pellet to get high purity.
5. Belt conveyor: It is supplied to customer who required totally automatic copper wire feeding.

Put wires and cables into the crusher, in which they are crushed and plastic sheath and copper separated completely. The length of the crushed material is based on the mesh of the riddle: the bigger the mesh is the longer the crushed material will be and the larger the output will be. The mesh should be chosen in production according to the type of the material.The crushed material (mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces) is conveyed to the separator by the conveyor, during which procedure dust and part of plastic pieces of light weight(including fiber, rope, or tapes, etc. mixed in the wires) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The above opening of the pressure reducing blower is connected with the dust collector opening in which a dust collecting bag is used to prevent discharge of dust for the purpose of environmental protection. Dust and part of plastic pieces of light weight are collected in this bag and will be discharged when the bag is full.The separator is used for separating plastic pieces and copper granules. According to the differences of the physical properties and specific gravity between different materials, there is specific gravity deviation under the forces of Aerodynamic and Vibration friction. By adjusting the speed of material conveying and amplitude parameters, copper granules (of larger specific gravity) will move to the riddle bottom and move from down to up, and plastic pieces (of smaller specific gravity) will move to the above of copper granules and move from up to down, and in the end they will both be discharged through different openings.
