Oxygen-bearing CBM currently comes from the GOB or undergrounding mining surface, due to the low methane content(30-40%), large oxygen content (10-12%), the safety requirement against explosion during extraction and pressurization is particularly important.
Most underground methane gas extraction adopts water ring vacuum pump is relatively low, so when the methane gas is pumped to ground, water compressor or other compressor is needed to further pressurize the gas.
Shanghai Baosi has launched a model of water injection compressor, which utilizes negative pressure for extraction, and is able to increase the pressure of underground methane gas to 0.25-3.0 MPa (G), even under negative pressure (-50Kpa(G)), satisfying the basic requirements of most small distance pipeline transportation. So the water injection negative pressure model of Screw Compressor is safe, reliable, with prominent energy saving effect, and is an ideal improvement for water ring vacuum pump.
