We have different models of forming machines for different dimensions of screw flight with different processing.
Could you please provide me the spec. list of screw flight you hope to produce,

1. Continuous cold rolled helical blade: Thickness: 2-8mm, maximum strip width of 150mm. The machines: GX130-6M (2-6mm), GX150-10L (2-10mm).
2. Continuous helical blades and other thick: Thickness: 2-20mm, the maximum width of 80mm.
The machines: GX30-5S (2-5mm), a maximum width of 40mm;
GX80-20S (6-20mm), maximum width of 80mm.
3. Sectional Screw flight with big thickness, big diameter, big pitch. Any size, mold production.
Material: low-carbon steel. Manganese steel, stainless steel, wear-resistant steel to meet the customers' different industrial needs.
