L968F is a high-reliability and energy-saving loader newly designed by Shandong Lingong. The whole machine has a long wheelbase and large digging force. It is tailor-made for heavy working conditions such as mine terminals. It adopts a new family appearance design and is stable and powerful.
1. It is equipped with a low-speed, high-torque electronically controlled three-stage exhaust engine with strong power and high reliability; it has a fault detection interface, which can facilitate the detection and maintenance of the engine.
2. It adopts Lingong's self-made VRT200 fixed-shaft electro-hydraulic gearbox with four front and four rear, high transmission efficiency and stable operation. The use of reinforced drive axles has a large carrying capacity and a 50% increase in service life.
3. The wheelbase reaches 3400mm, the stability of the whole machine is improved, and the tipping load is greater; the front and rear axles adopt 20-level 26.5-25 super-large tires, which have large carrying capacity and are more suitable for heavy load conditions.
4. The newly optimized new generation front and rear frames have reasonable load distribution, reduced vibration, and doubled the fatigue life.
5. Pilot control, adopting international famous brand control system, light and flexible operation, reliable performance. Load sensing full hydraulic steering system, dual steering pump can realize automatic control of grading variables, energy saving and high efficiency.
6. The new streamlined appearance design is adopted, and the whole machine is beautiful in appearance; the new generation of cab, which is newly optimized and designed according to ergonomics, has a 15% larger space and is safe and comfortable.
7. Digital step-by-step instrument display, high human-computer interaction; the electrical system of the whole machine adopts centralized control, which is convenient for inspection and maintenance.
