We adopt the EVA foaming technology, using EVA foaPower & Generating Sets ming strips instead of the traditional rubber strips. The cost of the traditional rubber strips is high, which needs 0.5-0.8 RMB per cap. However, EVA foaming strips are much cheaper, only need 0.06-0.07 RMB Oscillator per lid. The EVA foaming strips are not only cheap,they also have better sealing effect. Fault 1: The unreeling machine keeps spinning for along time.
Cause: It induces unreeling signal unsuccessfully.
Method:On the premise of having material, please adjust the proximity switch to the center of the gravity wheel, till the light is on.Fault 2: The feeding cylinder doesn't go forward.
Cause: Its start- point or all parts of it induce the signal unsuccessfully.
Methods: Please check the small cylinder's induction which can screw down &lift up in the pushing part; Please check the induction of pushing cylinder; Please check if the photo-electricity switches of all work-pieces are on; Please check if the gas path is unobstructed.Fault 3: The feeding cylinder can't go back.
Cause: Its end-point or all parts of it induce the signal unsuccessfully.
Methods: Please check the small cylinder's induction which can screw down & lift up in the pushing part; Please check the end-point induction of the pushing cylinder.Fault 4: The belt's length is different.
Causes: The inductive wheel of the belt doesn't adjust well;Proximity switch looses or it is damaged;The flatness of lids is not up to the standards.The thickness of the belt is non-uniform.
Methods: Please adjust the inductive wheel to the suitable place;Please tighten the proximity witch;Please change the belt.Final Product:
