Product principle
Compressed air is used as the power source, the latest plastic vacuum generator is used as the energy conversion element, and the vacuum meter is used as the visual display means. Through the pressure control, the vacuum has the advantages of fast speed, intuitive effect, and rapid test process. All pneumatic system components are imported from Germany, with stable performance and extremely reliable operation. No maintenance is required within three years. Perfect function settings and various vacuum degrees can meet various test methods required by national standards.
Test principle
By evacuating the vacuum chamber, the internal and external pressure difference of the sample immersed in water, and observing the gas escape inside the sample to determine the sealing performance of the sample: or by evacuating the vacuum chamber, the sample is caused by the internal and external pressure difference. Observe the sample shape recovery after the sample is expanded and the vacuum is released to determine the sealing performance of the sample.
