Our powder coating ficility have totally 11 powder spray gun. Six guns are moving up and down both sides of fence panel. Two fixed gun for the bottom rail at both sides and the other two fixed gun for the top rail at both sides. The last gun is always fixed at position of spear top.2. We will fo cross cut testing for the powder coating before delivery.3. The QC of powder coating check the surface by spot-light is need. So any flaw of powder coating will be not escaped from eye of QC.4. Our QC check the powder coating thickness eResonator very position of the fence panel. The everage thickness of coating is more than 100um.5. The package is extremely importand for the powder coated fencing. We use heavy-duty steel frame package to well protect the good products. It will be very easy to our customers unload the pallets by forklift.
