Product overview:
Application: WZ series eddy current brake is driven by YZR metallurgy and hoisting wound rotor three-phase asynchronous motor. The motor and eddy current brake are mechanically superposed. Through the control circuit, the speed regulation characteristics of crane are improved and the speed regulation range is expanded. When the crane is under any load, by adjusting the excitation current of eddy current brake, a adjustable braking torque is generated on the motor shaft, so that the lifting of the crane is stable and accurate. For example, container crane, metallurgical crane, construction crane, dock, drawing table and other lifting equipment, using eddy current brake, can improve their mechanical properties.
Structural features:
(1) The enclosure protection grade is IP23, the junction box is located at the top of the frame, and the protection grade is IP44;
(2) The armature (rotor) is welded on the shaft with a steel cylinder with a heat sink;
(3) The cooling method is ic0141, the fan is installed on the shaft in the end cover, the cooling air enters from the shaft extension end and flows out from the ventilation hole of the end cover;
(4) Please consult with our company if you need to manufacture double shaft extension or vertical installation (V1);
