YZB(F) series variable frequency adjustable speed three-phase asynchronous motor for crane and metallurgy (hereinafter referred to as the motor) integrates the characteristics of three-phase asynchronous motor for crane metallurgy with the advantages of variable frequency adjustable speed. It has the characteristics of large overload capacity, high mechanical strength, wide adjustable speed range and stable operation. It can be applied to all kinds of metallurgical machinery or other similar equipment of crane, and the occasion of frequent lifting, braking and reversing.
1. The motor can operate normally under the following conditions.
(1) The ambient temperature shall not exceed 40 ºC (Class F insulated motor) and 60 ºC (Class H insulated motor).
(2) Relative temperature ≤ 90%.
(3) The altitude shall not exceed 1000m.
(4) To start, brake (electrically or mechanically) and reverse frequently.
2. The rated voltage of the motor is 380V, the rated frequency is 50Hz, and it can be adjusted continuously within the range of 5-100hz.
3. The reference working system of motor is s3-40%.
