This model is designed mainly for the fine powder which easliy to spout dust and high accuracy packing requirement. based on the feedback sign given by below weight sensor , This machine do measuring,two filling, and up and down work .etc. it is speically suitable for filling milkpowder ,acdtitives ,carbon powder, dry powder of fire extinguisher,and other fine powder which needs high packing accuracy.
Working steps:
Set the filling weight --Put the can or Jar or Bag on the machine----Contianer raise Fast . Container decline and Fast filling-- Filling weight close to the setting data--Slow filling--Filling weight reach the setting weight--Take Out the Container

5 The servo motor control the Filling and Auger The Servo machine can keep good accuracy
6 Combined Hopper or split Hopper for easy cleaning The split Hopper is better for the cleaning
7 The Hand-wheel can adjust the height of the Filling head . it is suitable for different bag length
8 The Full stainless steel Cover the Motor on the filling head. it can stop the metal pollution and clean.
9 The Filling weight can be adjustable (filling by weight ). One machine can make different filling weight by changeover the dosing device.
