Introduction

√ YUHANG semi automatic carriable shampoo cream liquid lotion small filling machine is applied to fill highly viscous liquids
with magnetic gear pump metering and conveying system.
√ The filling tubing is made of oxyen, acidand alkali and corrosion resistant materials and therefore the filling machine can fill
all kinds of liquids with strong oxidizing property, acid and alkali and corrosivity such as oil, alcohols, bezene liquid, oxydols and
detergents and so on. There are small pump and big pump fillers.
√ The small pump filler can be designed as four filling heads model, and big pump filler can be designed as double head model.

Features:
1. The gear pump is driven by magnetic force and the pump and motor is shaftless
connection so as to avoid motor failure caused by the broken or leaking of shaft seal or
the high load of the pump.
2.The filling accuracy can achieve±0.1ml when filling 10ml liquid, so it have high accuracy.
3. The filling capacity is from10ml-500ml(small pump), adjustable.
4.Operation is convenient, manual or automatic fitful filling, and the interval time is adjustable.
