Part ONE, Semi Auto Facial Mask Making Machine for N95
Description:
- N95 mask is automatically pressed, sealed and cut, with nose clip automatically inbeded inside.

3, With photoelectric detection to control material imput with minimum errors & no waste

6, With Overall and Partial counting system and each lot number for Partial counting can be pre-set
7, Masks with different sizes and models can be produced by changing molds
8, Made of alumi alloy, strong, beautiful and resistant to rust.
9, Production capacity: 50-60 pieces/minute.
High level of automation:
manual work only needed to place the raw material at the beginning and collect finished products in the end.
Part TWO, Ultrasonic Earloop Welding Machine for N95 Masks
Introduction:
This machine is to put 3-7 mm wide elastic belt or loops on both sides of the face mask by ultrasonic welding.
only 1 operator is needed per machine to put the face mask on the moving belt one by one and the finished face mask will be made by the machine automatically.
Compared to the old-style mask making machines, our product is semi-automatic with almost no failures.
This machine is recomended to purchase together with our Semi Auto N95 mask making machine to function as a whole set of production line.
