Functional features
1. Main functions: manual sorting of the plate lugs (with a manual pressing strip), automatic upper comb board (under the condition that the plate lug is not bent or deformed), manual welding and automatic insert the plate group into the battery box;
2. With PLC and touch screen, the operation is simple, flexible and efficient;
3. In terms of environmental protection: lead dust is inhaled from side to bottom, and lead smoke is inhaled from side to top. A dust collection drawer is designed at the lower part of the equipment to collect lead dust, which is convenient for manual and regular cleaning.
4. The welding machine is equipped with a set of clamp fixture, comb pressing strips, plate group entering parts and shaping parts, and is well debugged. Other battery models of related accessories need to be extra ordered.
