Main working process: Manual tube feeding---filling-external heating--- external heating--- sealing and embossing---end croping---tube discharging

Machine details

1.Filling head, normally there is 1 filling head.

The approximity switch helps for the bench marking, which makes the filling preciser.

2.Heating head, this machine is with doubel external heating head.

The copper made heating head, it is fast in temperature rising, and shortens the heating and sealing time.

3. Tube sealing and embossing, the tube sealing and embossing are finished at the same time.

After the copper head is heated, the tube tail is soft and can be shaped. Then we can press the tube tail to realize sealing.
The embossing can normally be 1 or 2 lines.
