Catalog of short cycle laminating hot press (line)


The short-cycle lamination hot press ( line) is used for laminating on MDF board, particle board and Plywood on the basis of absorbing domestic and overseas advanced technology, which are especially suit for the laminating of furniture board and laminate flooring. The suitable materials are melamine paper, wearable paper Al2o3, decorative clothe, PVC film, slice veneer etc.

Thermal oil or steam is the heat medium for the press, the heat exchange system is provided with advanced temperature recycling control system, the cylinder grouping is possible for pressure controlling and the operation of electrical equipment is reliable and convenient.

Centering on the inquiry of customers, the specific collocation of production lines are designed. There are two types of short cycle laminating hot press (line) according to the board infeeding direction. T type is traversal board infeeding and adopts belt conveyor with capacity of about 50-60 sheets per hour. L type is longitudinal board infeeding and adopts clamping loading machine with capacity of about 65-75 sheets per hour.

Centering on the inquiry of customers, the specific collocation of T type hot presses (lines) are designed. There are Four Models:
A model: adopting manual loading paper and manual unloading final board with low price and small landing area.
B model: adopting manual laying up paper, manual loading board, vacuum suction unloading final board with low price and small landing area.
C model: adopting manual loading paper, automatic loading board, vacuum suction unloading final board with low price and small landing area.
D model: Standard type laminating production line is with full equipped and automatic trimming and stacking.

TOP-E: Economical type laminating production line is with brief layout and favorable price.
TOP-S: Standard type laminating production line is with full equipped and automatic trimming and stacking.

I. T type short cycle hot press (line)

1.1 A model short-cycle laminating hot press
Usage:
This kind of laminating hot press is widely used in processing particle board, MDF board, HDF board and so on in one side or both sides with melamine paper to make furniture board and laminate flooring board. All kinds of boards can be produced, such as 4*8 foot, 4*9foot, 5*8foot, 6*8 foot and so on. Special sizes can also be made according to customers' need.
Specifications:
The YX-1200, YX-1400, YX-1700, YX-2000, YX-2200, YX-2400 and YX-2800 hot press use frame structure, with overhead hydraulic cylinder. The machine is also equipped with in-feed truck controlled by converter and out-feed roller frame. The machine is controlled by PLC and the advantage is easy operation, convenient installation and maintenance, little land occupation, low cost and high yield (1200 pieces/day). If needed, we could provide other accessories such as all kinds of cushion mat and mould plate, thermal oil boiler etc.

1.2 B model short-cycle hot press
Usage:

Usage
It is suitable for making the 3D effects with melamine paper on the MDF surface after soaking in the special water to produce doors or windows, etc.

Usage

This press's function is single, but it's cheaper compared with universal test press. It is easy to operate and especially suitable for developing new specific product.
