Part One:How to discharge the 2000L sigma kneader?
STEP 1:Press Button "Oil Pump On",to make the hydraulic system work;
STEP 2:Press Button "Opening Cover",to lift the cover backward;
STEP 3:Press Button "Tilting Chamber",to tilt the mixing trough;
STEP 4:Press Button "Chamber Return";
STEP 5:Press Button "Cover Return";
STEP 6:Press Button "Oil Pump Off".
Part Two:Polishing process
According to the user's demands,the raw materials contacting parts can be finely polished by mechine or workman.

Part 4. Characteristics:

4)According to the special needs, the plant can be designed to operate in a vacuum. The speed difference between the biax is 7.52r/min, so that the material is constantly changed, fastly mixed and has a larger transfer area for unit volume.
