Galaksil® EF series are versatile media based on the silica-gel substrate for reverse phase chromatography. Using GLK® binding and end-capping technologies, Galaksil® EF can meet the high requirements for analysis.
Galaksil® EF-C8
Galaksil® EF-C8 is octyl silane ligand bonding on the silica-gel substrate. Because of the short carbon chain and low carbon content, Galaksil® EF-C8 is suitable for the preparation of hydrophobic biochemicals with high nonpolar. The retention time of Galaksil® EF-C8 is shorter than Galaksil® EF-C18.
