Galaksil® EF series are versatile media based on the silica-gel substrate for reverse phase chromatography. Using GLK® binding and end-capping technologies, Galaksil® EF can meet the high requirements for analysis.
Galaksil® BF-NH2
Galaksil® BF-NH2 is aminopropyl ligand bond with the hyperpure silica-gel substrate.
Galaksil® BF-NH2 applies for normal phase and HILIC isolation. With mobile phase water and acetonitrile, Galaksil® BF-NH2 can separate saccharides. In normal phase
chromatography, Galaksil® BF-NH2 can separate some alkali compounds. During operation, normal hexane, ethyl acetate, chloroform and methyl alcohol are only needed.
