Product Information:

Flue gas heat exchanger is an important device in flue gas desulfurization system. Its function is to heat the net flue gas after desulfurizaiton using the heat of original flue gas. So the temperature of original flue gas is reduced and the temperature of desulfurized net flue gas is increased to required discharging temperature(about 80ºC) and is discharged to atmosphere through chimney.

Product Features:

1.Raise the exhaust temperature and lift height: Flue gas reheating can raise the exhaust temperature of wet flue gas desulfurization from 50ºC~70ºCto more than 80ºC~100 ºC, so as to improve the lift height and diffusion capacity of flue gas discharged from the chimney, which is beneficial to reduce pollution.

2.The boiler flue gas contains sulfur oxide, when the temperature decreases, there will be dew point corrosion, affecting the service life of the equipment, limiting the use of heat resources. With excellent corrosion resistance property and good thermal conductivity, silicon carbide flue gas heat exchanger successfully solves the problem of corrosion and heat transfer of flue gas to the equipment.

3.Improve desulphurization efficiency: the desulphurization efficiency increases with the decrease of inlet flue gas temperature of absorber, so flue gas heat exchanger is usually used in the system to cool the original flue gas.
