Silo----(pit for holding grain) is a structure for storing bulk materials. Silos are used in agriculture to store grain (see grain elevators) or fermented feed known as silage. Silos are more commonly used for bulk storage of grain, coal, cement, carbon black, wood chips, food products and sawdust.Silo Roof----Silo Top Cap equpped with : natural ventilation windows, Manhole, Ladder, Safety Fence etcSilo Body----Include the wall plate, column, manhole, roof ladders and so onSilo Bottom----1000 tonsteel storage silo bottom is Conical typeSlide Gate equipped .Aeration system----Exhaust Fans & roof vents or the exit of warm and humid air caused by the aeration fans, roof ventilations are designed. The design of these ventilation systems are in a way to prevent outside objects to enter inside the grain storage silo.In high capacity grain storage silos, exhaust fand are designed on the ceiling for better ventilation.Centrifugal Fan----To prevent damage to the grain caused by the increase in temperature and humidity, ventilation is required. This operation is done by the aeration fan mounted at the bottom of the grain storage silo. The body of the aeration fans are made of high quality galvanized steel sheets with a long life and very resistant to corrosion.Temperature Control System----In order to determine the areas of insect activity and growth.
