Our carcass material and lacquer process:
Carcass: we use chipboard or plywood as carcass, with melamine finished and same color PVC edge
All the panels we use are from the largest board supplier in China with very high quality
All the board can reach E0 or E1 standard and we can send small sample for you to check quality
Lacquer process: we have advanced and professional dust free painting and baking room
All the paint from Word famous brand : AKZO NOBEL and all panels finished by 32 steps from cutting to finishing
Every board with priming paint twice and finishing coat three times, it won't fade even after very long time use
Lacquer door color and countertop options:
Door color: we have our standard color system including the most popular colors, custom color according to RAL color system also available
Countertop: we use quartz countertop for most projects, it is hard, beautiful, easy to clean and environmental friendly. we also use other stones according to customer's requirements, like artificial stone, granite, marble, laminate board, smstone, silestone etc
Functional accessories: we have various accessory options with high quality standard, cutlery tray, dustbin, corner accessory, lift-up door, pantry accessory etc
Quality checking and package:
Quality checking: we have professional QC team to check every product before delivery, and quality checking process is regarded as an essential part of an order.
Quality checking system including: door checking, carcass checking, accessory and hardware checking, all connections checking, size checking, package checking, countertop checking etc
based on our strict quality checking process, we can make sure your kitchen/wardrobe/bathroom cabinet install well according to the confirmed technical drawing
Package for cabinets and countertop:
a. assemble package: we assemble the cabinets in our workshop, and customers only need to put the cabinet at the right place according to drawing
b. flat package(knock down package): board all pre-drilled and unassembled, can save some shipping cost due to the smaller volume, while customers need to assemble cabinets by themselves
c. palletizing: we use pallets package for LCL shipment('Less than container load'- shipping together with other people's goods), in this way can make goods more easily deliver and pick up,while get better protection
d. countertop package: we finish countertop in factory, make edge thicker, surface polished and pasted, use plywood box package with foam inside for protection, customers only need to put the countertop above cabinets
