Introduction
Our ZSG series mining vibrating screen is one of heavy mining machines. It is typically designed as a durable vibro separator for industries like mining, coal processing, building material, and especially coal processing, building material, and especially metallurgy.

Principle
The mining vibrating screen is composed of screen box, screen frame, two sets of exciters driven by motors are fixed separately. They rotate synchronically but in opposite directions.

The eccentric blocks, which are driven by the motors, could provide centrifugal force, while the component force drives the screen back and forth along the casting direction. Thus the screening device supported by the shock absorbers can move linearly, and the material on it moves forward straightly when tossed upward in the air. When falls into the screen frame again, the material will move forward quickly and penetrate the screen in a fluffy state. You can just choose different screens for our mining vibrating screen to adjust the screening performance.

Feature:
1. Higher screening capacity, suitable for the metallurgy, mining, coal, construction building, electricity fields and so on. Used for block-type or granule-type material grading.
2. Vibration source comes from two same exciters rotating synchronously in the opposite direction. Component of Centrifugal force generated drives the processing material to reciprocate along the casting direction so as to achieve the screening purpose.
3. The motor can be mounted on the left or right side of the sieve machine as clients request.
4. Various mesh such as woven mesh, perforated plate mesh, polyurethane mesh, crack mesh and so on.
5. Damping device installation is generally the seat-type. Damping springs mainly used are rubber spring and compound spring.

Outer packing is plywood case, conform to the international standards.
Inner packing is Moisture-proof and water-proof membrane.
All of package are wrapped by 0.5mm steel belt to further strengthen.
