Biscuit Sandwiching machine is applied to installed into biscuit or craker line to increase the production capacity by 15-25%.It takes only a minimal amount of additional labor along with the same forming machine,oven and bake time. This four line sanwiching machine is versatile for handling different size and shapes as well as wide range of fillings.
Features:
1.The main engine is powered by servo motor so the performance of machine is more stable,more accurate positioning and it can be adjusted dynamically during the running.
2.The photoelectricity check biscuit so it will not fill the cream without biscuit and when the biscuit come again,it can recover to fill the cream.
3.The stainless steel discharge mould can be changed fast so it can handle biscuit with different sizes.
4.It is optional for vibrator as biscuit feeding device.
5.It is equipped with waste collecting system so that it can be cleaned and maintained conveniently.
6.The cream bucket is separate from the main machine,it is convenient for cleaning,meanwhile there is independent water tank for cream bucket so it can make the cream bucket is warmed balanced.
7.The discharge axle adopts hot-water circulation constant temperature so it doesnt matter at any temperature,the sandwich sauce cant be blocked.
8.The regulating handle for breast board,you just make horizontal rotation to adjust the width of breast board.

Commissioning and maintenance of product:
(1) Manufacturer is responsible to go to the users' factories for installation and commissioning;(Does not include travel costs installers)
(2) Manufacturer is responsible to carry on the safe operation and used set training of the machine for operators in users' factories.
(3) Manufacturer is responsible to carry on maintenance of machine, replacing of wearing part and other knowledge training for equipment maintenance personnel in users' factories.
(4) Manufacturer provides instructions, electrical schematics, wearing parts lists and other relevant technical information of machine;
(5) Manufacturer offer lifetime technical support, and continue supply of spare parts;
REMARK:
1. Delivery Time:
Within 25 days upon the receipt of the deposit.
2. Terms of payment:
30% T/T in advance, the balance shall be paid before the shipment.
3. Others:
Testing & training:
The plant layout design, assembling,installation and debugging, start-up and local team training will be FREE at no cost. But the buyer should be responsible for the round-trip air tickets, local transportation, board & lodging ,and USD $80/day/person for the pocket money to our technicians. The testing engineer will be two person, and will cost 10-15 days.
Utilities:
The buyer should prepare sufficient electric power and other equipment supplies which are suitable to be connected to our machinery before our engineers start off.
4. Validity:
This quotation is valid 45 days. But if the exchange rate between USD and RMB change sharply, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
Warranty period: one year
