The connecting arm, car, rail support plate of the scraper are welded by Q345 alloy structural steel, which is made after heat treatment, to make sure their strength and anti-deformability.
Lead screw, rail plate, chain wheel adopts excellent carbon structural steel, which is precision machined after heat treatment, to guarantee the superior combination performance
In order to make the equipment has reliable and effective running. All active parts need keeping thoroughly lubricating, the high temperature area needs filling up high temperature resistance lubricating grease.
