As long as you have spareparts, local mechnics can resolve most of the problems. We would send our mechanics to Client's site, at clients' request, to assist clients' service team to resolve problems occur in use of the trucks. If the purchase quantity is more than 20 units, at clients' request, we could send resident service engineers/ mechanics to clients' fleet, at customers' expense. Spare partsWhen you order the trucks, we suggest you order some spare parts as well for maintenance and repair.We would prepare a list of replaceable parts and wear components for effective operating conditions and service for the trucks for 6 ~12 months. And you select and buy. Then when we ship the trucks, we could send the spare parts along with the trucks.
