USES:
This factory absorbs the German advanced technology to develop a series of grinding machine suitable for PTFE ABS PPR PVC-V PE automobile tire rubber or other plastics after the successful trial grinding.It has been proved by the practice and operation of the professional factory of plastic products that the indexes of abrasive powder are not changed, so it is the best equipment for the factory of plastic products to reduce cost and save expenditure and solve the problem of accumulation of waste and defective products.

Maintenance:
1. Open the door cover regularly and check whether the blade, fastening nut and grading nut are loose. If so, tighten them.
2. Lubricate host bearing with lithium base disulfide (Mos2) grease.
3. The fan steel tube shall be inspected monthly on the inner wall of the blade and pipe and the cemented dust shall be clear.
4. After the blade is used for a certain period of time, when the force surface is ground into a larger round angle, remove the knife disk and turn the knife disk 180 degrees. After tightening, it can continue to be used.

Matters needing attention in production safety:
1. Be familiar with the contents of the instruction and the function of the electric press button. The rotation direction of the main engine must conform to the arrow direction marked on the belt hood.
2. The fan should be started before starting (attention turning), and after normal operation, the main engine should be started with nagging normal speed before feeding.
3. The automatic feeding machine should be started at the beginning of production, as long as the material can go in, and then accelerate the feeding machine slowly. The load condition of the machine is generally about 80A, because the ammeter on the panel of the electric control cabinet measures 45KW + 4KW parallel, so the total current frontal sufficient value is 90A.
4. Material selection requirements: The maximum value of the material grain shall not exceed 8mm. Do not allow metals or stones to be immersed in the machine, so as to avoid further wear of the cutter disk tooth plate.
5. If there is any abnormal sound during operation, the machine should be stopped immediately and the door cover should be opened for inspection. After troubleshooting, the clearance of the knife plate should be adjusted and the production can continue.
6. Shut down the automatic feeding machine before shutdown, and then close the main machine or vibrating screen when no material is available, and finally turn off the fan.
