General introduction of Small limestone grinding mill plant Cement Ball Mill :
Ball mill machine is the key equipment for recrushing the materials after they are primarily crushed. It is widely used for the dry type or wet type grinding of all kinds of ores and other grindable materials in cement, silicate product, new building material, refractory, fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metals and glass ceramic industry. The ore grinding methods of ball mill include dry type and wet type.
Ball mill machine is mainly composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotary part and driving part which includes reducer, small drive gear, electrical machine and electronic control. The hollow shaft uses steel casting, the inner lining can be dismantled and changed, and the rotary rack wheel uses casting gear hobbing and inside the cylinder there is wear-resisting lining board which has fine abrasion performance. This machine has stable operation and reliable performance.

Ball Mill consists of feed&discharge parts, rotary shell, transmission part and other major components. Hollow shaft is with steel parts, lining is removable. Rotary gear adopts casting hobbing, and the tube body is with resisting liner.
Working principle CE And ISO Certification Small Cement Ball Mill
The ball mill is horizontal cylindrical rotation device, driven by brim gearwheel. There are two chambers and grid. Material goes into the first chamber through the feeding inlet. Inside the first chamber, there are stage liners and ripple liners as well as steel balls. The shell rotates so as to generate electricity, and this force brings ball to a certain height and then balls drop down by gravity, the impact is the grinding force to the material. After the primary grinding, materials go into the second chamber through segregate screen. In the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel ball, after the secondary grinding, material is discharged from the discharging. Then the whole grinding process finished.
