Product Introduction:
1. The complete machine include extractor, external circulated evaporator, oil water separator, condenser, pipe and connection parts, tight and complete structure for easy operation including extraction, concentration, and solvent recovery function.
2. It can is applicable for water extraction and alcohol extraction, it can get essential oil under normal pressure and negative pressure, it includes vacuum exchanger and control cabinet for easy operation, it can be extracted and concentrated under normal temperature and low temperature.
3. The oil and water separator is fabricated with two tempered glass barrel for easy separating and collecting of aromatic oil.
4. During extraction process, the extract liquid can flow back for extraction, the distilled water return to extractor for continuous extraction, the whole flowing back extraction needs about 4-6hours, this process save the cost of steam, solvent and reduce the operating time.
5. The recovery alcohol can be directly used for mixing tank, or can be used for extractor again

Structure:
This machine include extractor, condenser, oil and water separator, heater, concentrator, cooler and meter and pipes. It should be heated by steam or hot oil. The material can be stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316 and it can be automatic and manual.
