It is a device which is developed by Radarking Electrics Co., Ltd., is use for field data collection of RS485 Interface Meter Reading System. It is responsible for gathering code data of intelligence meter, then transfer it to DCU through the RS485 bus or power line carrier.
It also a smart electricity meter with RS485 and power line carrier communication interface upstream. Meter Acquisition Unit has four communication interface: RS485 communication interface uplink, power line carrier interface uplink, RS485 bus communication interface (connected to the power meter) downlink, IR infrared communication interface (for local copy of data and collector set).
Features:
1. Industry-level 32-bit CPU used, software and hardware platform of real-time embedded LINUX operating system adopted, 32M storage space;
2. Electric energy metering precision of Level 1 meter, up to 32 times of harmonics analysis, multiple demands for electric energy metering, line loss analysis, and harmonic monitoring met;
3. Modular design. Modular software and hardware application modules, independent function of each module, auto diagnosis and auto recovery of abnormal modules to ensure reliable operation of terminals;
4. Meter convention library and communication convention library. Conveniently upgraded to user convention provided by the office, remote mass upgrading supported to upgrade all user applications including meter convention library and communication convention library.
5. High capacity FLASH and file system management technology to store user data; Nonvolatile if any power failure occurs;
6. Multilevel lightning protection measures. Protection of 220/380V AC voltage level wrong access, and capable of recovering to normal operation after fault is eliminated.
