§ Carriage Anti crash system
Both dosign DS-9060U and DS-9015U UV Printing machine use advanced carriage anti-crash system. During the inkjet printing, will have goods put on the platform in case, so to protect the print head during printing, so on both sides of the carriage installed anti crash system to stop carriage moving once crash anything on the table during printing to avoid print heads distroy.
§ Auto media height measurement
This system combined with software for more presice printing. Firstly the carriage set up a bottom ideal distance between printhead and platform, but the printing medias are in different thickness, so the operator need set the height during printing, and it is complicated and difficult to set the height for ideal printing
So our digital inkjet flatbed printer installed a sensor below the carriage, and the operator only measure out the thickness of the medias, and this data on the software, then click "measure" in the software, then the ideal distance set up for high quality printing, it is EASY!
§ Standby flash
