Process features of oil production line
Oil production process includes three important process sections: oil material pretreatment process, oil solvent extracting process and oil refining process.

1.Oil material pretreatment process

The raw material pretreatment process includes the cleaning section, breaking section, flaking section, softening section and oil pressing section.
1.1 Create a good product environment.
1.2 Minimize the total fat loss, increase oil yield and output and improve the quality of oil and cake meal.
1.3 Comprehensively utilize impurities and offal.
1.4 Perfectly match extraction production line, design different production processing according to different raw materials.
1.5 Twice soybean decortication process adopted to meet production requirement of high protein soybean meal;
1.6 Complete set of equipment, mechanized and continuous production, automatic control operation can be achieved;
1.7 Conditioner adopted, soybean is heated for conditioning, and then breaking, decortication rate is highly improved; quantitive drying or humidification proceed according to moisture content of soybean in the conditioner, and soybean is conditioned at proper temperature and moisture content.
1.8 Clearing: large cleaning sieve selected to increase capacity of single machine and save area;
1.9 Breaking: choose famous brand crusher, high capacity of single machine, better breaking result;
1.10 Flaking: choose famous brand hydraulic flaking mill, high capacity of single machine, stable operation, ensure quality of soybean flakes and meet requirements of puffing;
1.11 Puffing: choose good bulking machine to ensure bulking quality of soybean flakes and meet requirements of puffing;
2. Solvent extraction process
2.1 Adopting negative pressure evaporation can ensure excellent oil quality
2.2 Extraction system is highly adaptable and can adapt to different raw materials
2.3 All equipment is provided with exhaust gas absorption systems with excellent absorption effect;
2.4 Full energy saving design utilizes heat energy for many times and saves steam consumption.
Production process of this workshop mainly includes extraction, desolvation, evaporation under vacuum, solvent recovery; features of process are as follow:
2.5 all equipments are mechanization continuous production, automatic control operation can be achieved;
2.6 loop type extractor and DTDC desolventizer used, process technology is advanced and reasonable, foreign brand speed reducer equipped to ensure stable operation, lower residual oil and solvent consumption.
2.7 Adopt advanced negative pressure evaporation process and residual air heat reuse technology, steam consumption is reduced effectively.
2.8 Adopt absorption tower tail gas absorption techniques, solvent consumption is reduced; stainless steel Pall ring used, solvent is recovered effectively from tail gas.
2.9 condensed water collection and recycling system equipped, recycled condensate is reused for heating cyclone of evaporation desolventizer.
2.10 Adopt international popular packed stripping tower, high efficiency and easy to clean, large contact area.
2.11 stainless steel shell and tube condenser used, more effective condensation, long service life.
3. Refining process
3.1 Continuous alkali refining shortens contact time between oil and lye, reduces grease saponificatio , lowers refining consumption, and improve efficiency;
3.2 Decolorization adopts the technology of combining premixing and steam mixing bleaching , which improves the efficiency ,saves the consumption of bleaching clay , and it is simple and convenient to operate ,and negative pressure state avoids oxygen in the air from contacting with hot oil , thereby ensuring oil product quality ,inhibiting acid value to rise again and lowering peroxide value;
3.3 Deodorization adopts new type continuous deodorization equipments which is applicable for plant oil deacidification and deodorization of high acid value and low resin content, the actual production proves its most obvious advantages are strong deacidification ability, excellent hot bleaching effect, high refining rate ,steam economization, good oil quality;
3.4 The process has multiple heat exchange, which makes full use of heat energy system, effectively reduces steam consumption, and also has the advantages of adjustable production process.
