1.Due to the user's reaction conditions are different: reaction temperature, pressure, temperature rise and fall speed, materials, etc. The requirements for glass-lined equipment are also different, but ordinary acid-resistant glass-lined glaze can meet 80-90% of the market demand.
2.For the special demands it must be solved by using high-performance glass-lined glaze.
For example,if the reaction temperature is higher-over 200 Celsius to 250 Celsius, or there is a hydrolysis reaction or alkaline materials are added during the reaction, the acidic corrosion will be particularly serious, so that, the customer will require that the use time of the glass lined reactor should be extended.
1.The main components of acid and alkali resistant glaze are: SiO2-ZrO2- TiO2-Na2O-Li2O(silicon-zirconium-titanium-sodium-glass),etc.
2.Among them, alkali-resistant ingredients (zirconia) ZrO2 and (titanium oxide) TiO2 are added.
3.At the same time, in order to reduce the firing temperature and increase the gloss, Li2O must be added, so the cost of enamel has been greatly increased.
4.According to the level of SiO2-ZrO2-TiO2-, it can be divided into ordinary acid and alkali resistant
glazes and high-quality acid and alkali resistant glazes.
