Furnace transformer means power supply transformer for industrial electric furnace melting and special transformer designed according to working characteristics and operation modes of various furnaces, and mainly includes arc furnace transformer, ladle refining furnace transformer, IF induction furnace transformer, power frequency transformer and transformer for other various AC furnaces.


IF induction furnace transformer is designed according to national and industrial standards and process of different furnaces to provide low consumption, high melting efficiency, reliable operation and other advantages and is comprised of two types, i.e. with or without reactor, with options of high and low impedance to meet service needs.

The same general transformer capacity compared with conventional,melting time shortens about 20%,power consumption per ton material reduced 70 kilowatt electricity.
This equipment specially appliers to IF Furnace below 30T .High side voltage is 10KV and 35KV .Low side voltage is 400V,660V,750V ,850V,950V,1000V,1100V,1250V,1500V.It is comprised of two types:with or without reactor ,with options of high and low impedance to meet service needs.

We provide training debugging for free before 14 days,as to how
to use and maintain the machine, the seller should pay visa for engineer, As the
machine arrived the factory,seller will guide install and run the machine for free, but the
customer should provide the accommodation, ticket for our engineers.

2.Installation and commissioning:
