Neutral dry ramming materials for intermediate frequency furnaces are dry refractory materials with special high purity materials as raw materials and spinel combination. Its special design allows it to form a very strong glazed surface at a low temperature, while at the same time having a good loose backing at a very high temperature.This neutral refractory material is widely used in coreless induction furnaces to melt steel and special alloys, as well as high-temperature alloys of non-ferrous metals.

> Before the oven, carefully fill the furnace with small pieces of charge, and then increase the temperature to 200-300°C/hour according to the size of the furnace until the charge melts. In this process, special attention should be paid to protect the dry lining.
> If the furnace is used for chemical steel, its temperature should be increased to 1650-1700°C, and then kept at this temperature for 60-90 minutes. If the nickel-copper alloy is melted, the melt should be heated to 1450°C and kept warm for 4-8 hours.
