5. Introduction
Rigid casing centralizers are suitable for deviated wells and horizontal wells, to help center the casing in wellbore, allowing even distribution of cement around casing during cementing operations.
The composite centralizer is designed with one-piece composite construction and nylon material.

6. Characteristics:
1) High wear resistance;
2) Oil proof;
3) Shock and impact resistance in low temperature and low moisture content environment.

7. Installation
Rigid centralizers can be installed on the casing with stop collars or with integral set screws. Installations that allow casing rotation and reciprocation are preferred because of improved displacement efficiency. Most slip-on rigid centralizers must be installed between stop collars and are freely floating.
