Spline shaft Grinding Machine(BL-MK8612/8612*1500/8612A/8612A*1500/8620)

This machine is used to grind the spline shafts with various profiles such as straight, involute etc.by means of minor diameter centering.
The teeth flanks and the circular profile of the spline shaft that should be centried can be ground on this machine
Hydraulic stepless speed adjustmet for worktable longitudinal tranverse
CNC work spindle indexing to meet the free indexing requirement with rapid and accurate effect
AC frequency conversion for speed adjustment of wheel spindle
Equipped with SIEMENS controller with 4 controlled axes, 2 of which are in synch.The vertical feed of wheel and the dressing compensation of wheel
are driven by AC servo motors
CNC interpolation for wheel dressing
