TonVA Extrusion Blow Molding Machine can be divided into Smart series, Standard series, Accumulator type large series. The range of the capacity is from 3ml to 3000L. Our Service

A. INSPECITION
Before delivery, TonVA takes responsibility to finish the machine in time and send the right samples to clients for approval. Clients also are welcome to TonVA factory to inspect the testing of machine, so that the provided machine could be safely and smoothly put into operation once reach the client's factory.

B, INSTALLATION & ADJUSTMENT
Tonva could dispatch an engineer against the requests of the Buyer to install and adjust the machines for one week in the Buyer's factory.
The Buyer should make a reservation in advance before delivery of the machines, and before Tonva's engineers arrive at the buyer's factory, the buyer must make sure that all of equipment are put in the correct position in their factory, the raw material, power and water supply must be ready in the factory.
The Buyer should pay for the engineer's visa application cost, round air tickets, food & board and USD100/Day/Person as salary before his departure;

C, TRAINNING
The Buyer could dispatch their operators to the Seller's factory for training, including machine operation, maintenance & simple repairs; Or against the requests of the Buyer, the Seller's technician could train the Buyer's operators in the Buyer's factory in the periods of installing & adjusting;
The training is free of charge;
D, GUARANTEE
After Tonva machines normally work in the Buyer's factory, the warranty time is one year for machine main parts with a lifelong maintenance. If only the problem is cause due to quality control or any reason by the Seller, we will supply replaced parts free of charge and our engineers will guide you how to solve the problems. Any problem caused due to irregular operation or incorrect maintenance by the Buyer won't be listed in guarantee coverage.
