China Spring Roll Machine

1. Purpose
This production line can produce spring roll wrappers, curry puff wrappers, egg wrapper and French crepes and other sliced food products, it is applicable to food plants, restaurants and fast food shops.

2. Principle & Process
Principle: prepare the batter in accordance with the batter preparation technologies, the batter can become spring roller wrapper after it is baked by round grill wheel.

Process: put the even batter into the batter bucket, when the grill wheel is at about 80 ºC, start the batter pump to convey the batter to the nozzle, operate the clutch lever to make the batter adhere to the arc surface, when turn 270-300°along with the grill wheel, the batter is heated that it automatically separates from the grill wheel to form spring roll with fixed thickness that the wrappers can be folded and sold or wrap spring rolls.
