5. How do you test the patio heater burner performance?

Test the thermocouple, ignition wire, copper valve, pilot igniton tube , anti-tilt switch and so on ensure the quality of burner's funtion well. No failure for ignition.
Step Two:
After the stainless flame screen assembled, test the flame and piezoignition again.
Step Three:
Gas leak detection after the burner connect the gas supply pipe.6.How many heaters do the events need ?
Each heater warms approximately a 10-15 foot circle depending on which style you choose. If you are putting them under a tent or on a patio, simply tell us the size & we'll make a recommendation as to how many would work best. If you are putting them out on a lawn, explain the layout the best you can & we'll go from there.7.What if it's breezy , do the heaters still work?
YES! Patio Heaters put out an infra-red heat which is not drastically effected by breezy conditions. If the wind exceeds 30 mph the heaters will have a hard time staying lit, and will not be very effective.
