Our Company has two business lines, one is specialized in hotel supply, another is specialized in plastic tubes. We started business of hotel amenities since 2012. and launched in cosmetic tubes business end of 2017.
We have a team covering from the tube's design, production, warehousing, logistics to post-sales service. We can produce many kinds of tubes for different usages, diameters from 16mm to 50mm while the capacity from 3ml to 400ml, and our production capacity is 8 million tubes per month.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
The production process of the cosmetic tubes is as follows. about the printing ways, you can choose which one you need; about STEP 6 and STEP 7, you can choose one process from them, which will decide the packing way of the tube.

PACKING DETAILS
There are two packing ways for customer to choose.
Option 1: Orderly packing for the tubes with cap screwed.
Option 2: Bulk packing for the tubes with end sealed.

For the tubes, different shipping ways are available to choose.

1. By express if the order quantity is small.

2. By sea if the order quantity is large.

3. By air if the order quantity is not large or your tight delivery date.
